Carter and Sam - Rustic Wedding at Knotted Roots on the Lake

What a beautiful day Carter and Sam had for their big day. You never know what you are going to get here in Florida, but they were blessed with beautiful sunshine, no humidity and no rain.

Carter and Sam’s love story began at Top Gulf in Brandon Florida. They were each there with friends but Sam caught Carter’s eye and he kept looking at her throughout the night. Sam being the spunky girl she is went up to him at the end of the night and asked him if he wanted to stay and hang out. Five hours later a relationship was built.

After a year together Carter knew it was time to pop the question. His intention was to embarrass her in front of all their friends at Sam’s place of work. His plan was to head back to Top Gulf and to their favorite restaurant that night before headed to Sam’s work. Alas, plans change and after leaving a party one night he popped the question right there near their car. Just a little secret.. Sam kinda knew it was coming since Carter talks in his sleep. (Sam you can rest assured that there will be no secrets held!!!)

Sam and Carter made their extra special by surrounding themselves with their closest family and friends. Many tears were shed (by Carter) as they pledged to love and honor each other for a lifetime.
